Download SurveyCalc Standalone for Windows

What you need

• A PC running Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit).
• A stable internet connection for the download and to activate your license.

How do I install SurveyCalc Standalone?

Installation is straightforward — download, run the installer, and launch. Because the installer comes from our website, Windows SmartScreen may show a couple of security prompts along the way. This is normal for a new installer that is not yet recognized by Windows Defender — just follow the steps below and click through them.

1. Click the Download SurveyCalc for Windows button above and save the installer.

   If your browser flags the download, keep it: in Edge, open the downloads list, click ... on the file, then Keep → Show more → Keep anyway. In Chrome, click the download entry and choose Keep.

2. Double-click the downloaded MSI file to start the installer.

   If Windows shows a "Windows protected your PC" SmartScreen message, click More info, then click Run anyway to continue. This prompt only appears the first time.

   On Windows 11, Smart App Control may block the installer entirely (with no "Run anyway" option). To turn it off, open Windows Security → App & browser control → Smart App Control settings and select Off, then run the installer again.

3. Follow the setup wizard and wait for the installation to finish.
4. Launch SurveyCalc Standalone from the Start menu or the desktop shortcut.

That's it — the app is installed and ready to activate.

How do I pay and activate via PayMongo?

Follow these steps right after installation:

1. In SurveyCalc, open the subscription / license screen. It looks like this:
   
2. Enter your Gmail account and select a billing plan: 1 Month (₱1,499), 3 Months (₱4,049), 6 Months (₱7,649), or 1 Year (₱14,999). Each plan covers one device.
3. Click Subscribe and complete payment through PayMongo.
4. After paying, return to the app and click Status (or Refresh). Your license will activate once the payment is confirmed — this usually takes a few seconds.
5. When it shows "Saved license is valid", you're ready to go.

Tip: if it still says "waiting for payment confirmation" right after paying, wait a few seconds and click Status again. Confirmation isn't always instant.

Updating SurveyCalc later

1. Download the new version from this page (same as before).
2. Run the new installer over the top — you do not need to uninstall the old version first.

Your license and saved settings carry over automatically. You won't need to pay or activate again.

Note: uninstalling the app may remove the license. If that happens, open the license dialog and click Restore to restore your license.
