Welcome to juncortech SurveyCalc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and plugin services. By accessing or using juncortech SurveyCalc, you agree to be bound by these Terms. juncortech SurveyCalc is a product of Ramcor Geodetic Surveying Services.

2. Use of Service

juncortech SurveyCalc provides AutoCAD plugins and related tools for geodetic engineering. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our plugin for professional purposes in accordance with the specific license you have purchased.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

4. Payments

We use Xendit as our payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the specified amount. All fees are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ramcor Geodetic Surveying Services and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ramcor Geodetic Surveying Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
