How do I install or update the SurveyCalc Plugin?

Before installing SurveyCalc, make sure AutoCAD is already installed on your machine. Then install SurveyCalc. Version 5.02 includes the One Command workflow, so the plugin can be loaded and operated from one SurveyCalc command path after setup. Once SurveyCalc is successfully installed:

  1. Install the SurveyCalc installer by double-clicking the MSI file.

    If Windows shows a "Windows protected your PC" message, this is normal for a new installer that is not yet recognized by Windows Defender. Click More info, then click Run anyway to continue.

  2. After installation, run AutoCAD.
  3. Type APPLOAD in the command line
  4. In the Load Application dialog, under Startup Suite, click Contents
  5. In the Startup Suite dialog, click Add
  6. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\SurveyCalc.bundle\Contents

    If ProgramData is not visible, in File Explorer enable Show -> Hidden items.

  7. Select SurveyCalcStartup.lsp and click Open
  8. In the command line, type MENUBAR, set the value to 1
  9. Close the dialogs and restart AutoCAD

After this, the plugin will load automatically each time AutoCAD starts.

How do I pay and activate via PayMongo?

Follow these steps right after installation:

  1. When AutoCAD first starts with the plugin already loaded, the License Form will pop up.

  2. License Type: select either Perpetual or Monthly Subscription.
  3. Add your email.
  4. Click Activate via PayMongo. You will then be directed to a PayMongo checkout page. Once payment is successfully processed, a license token will be automatically issued and your plugin will be activated. Use the same process to renew your license.

How do I log in to access Resources and Tutorials?

After your license is activated, follow these steps to link your device and access premium content:

  1. In AutoCAD, go to SurveyCalc -> License Status and click the Copy button to copy your Hardware ID Hash.

  2. Go to www.surveycalc.io, click Login in the signup page, then click Sign Up.

  3. Click Sign in with Google. When you reach the login form, paste your Hardware ID Hash and click the Link Device button.

  4. After successful login, you are now subscribed to the Premium account and can access Resources and Tutorials.
